• Provide access to the property during scheduled work hours.

• Clear the work area of clutter, furniture, and other valuables.

• Suspend lawn and landscaping services for the duration of the project, if necessary.

• Be available for a final walk-through upon project completion.
   

5. Workmanship warranty
 

• Coverage: We provide a workmanship warranty, which covers issues like peeling, blistering, and flaking due to faulty application.
   

• Duration: The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of project completion.
   

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, acts of nature, or paint failure due to pre-existing structural issues.
   

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suburban Pro Painting will not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid for those services.
