This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund or remedy may be issued for painting services provided by Suburban Pro Painting. Our commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction through quality artistry and clear communication.

Our satisfaction guarantee

We offer a workmanship warranty to ensure that our painting services meet the highest standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us in writing within 14 days of the project's completion. We will conduct a "Pride Walk" with you to inspect the work and identify any areas that did not meet your expectations. Our goal is to address all concerns and provide a solution to ensure you are happy with the finished product.

Conditions for a refund or remedy

  • Workmanship defects: If the paint peels, blisters, or cracks due to improper application by our team, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

  • Deviation from contract: If the final result significantly differs from the agreed-upon contract specifications, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a partial refund.

  • Damage: In the rare event that our crew damages your property, we will either repair the damage or provide compensation.

Refund policy details

  • Deposits: An initial deposit is required to secure your project's start date and cover the cost of materials and scheduling. This deposit is generally non-refundable unless the project is canceled within the legally mandated "three-day right to cancel" period, or if we are unable to perform the work for reasons on our end.

  • Assessment of work: If a refund is requested due to dissatisfaction, our team will conduct an on-site assessment. A partial refund, less the initial deposit, may be issued based on a reasonable evaluation of the work performed.

  • Exclusions: This policy does not cover issues resulting from external factors beyond our control, including:​​​

    • Incorrect paint specifications chosen by the customer. 

    • Normal wear and tear, fading, or damage caused by the homeowner.     

    • Damage from severe weather, moisture, or unforeseen events (Acts of God)

    • Structural defects or underlying problems with your property. 

    • Resolving disputes: To resolve a payment or quality dispute, document all communications and issues clearly in writing. If direct negotiation fails, the contract may require mediation or arbitration before legal action can be taken.

  1. Submit a written request: Contact us by email at sales@suburbanpropainting.com within 14 days of project completion.

  2. Provide details: Include your project address, completion date, and a detailed explanation of your concerns.

  3. Attach documentation: Include photos or videos of the areas in question to help us understand the problem.​
